This combination sharpening whetstone by GLOBAL has been specially developed for use with professional-quality kitchen cutting tools. When used according to the detailed instructions included in the packaging, it can achieve excellent results, restoring and maintaining edge performance to a very high standard. It is the recommended method for keeping cutting tools in optimal working condition.

This stone features two different grits – 240 and 1000. The 240 grit is a coarse surface used for restoring heavily worn or damaged edges. The 1000 grit is a medium surface used for regular maintenance when the cutting edge begins to lose its sharpness.
