Our ‘tagine’ was designed to enhance this exotic dish with warmth, flavour and generosity. Because the best tagine is never the most complicated! It’s the one you create by choosing whatever ingredients inspire you and stimulate your emotions: preserved lemons from the garden, fresh, chewy dates, juicy citrus fruits and more, all deliciously infused with warm, fragrant spices.

Then all you have to do is let it cook, caramelise and slowly stew, without having to think about it: our Flame® ceramic diffuses a perfectly adapted, soft, even heat, whether in the oven or via direct heat (gas, electric or halogen). For those who prefer induction cooking, our 'Delight' Tajine is all you need.

Thanks to its conical, closed lid, the steam circulates, the aromas develop, and the flavours deepen as the tagine cooks. Finally, its size remains true to the spirit of this generous dish by serving 8 to 10 guests. And don’t forget: the dish is so lovely that we highly recommended serving at the table!
