Our Flame® ceramic is designed specifically to stew gently and reveal flavours delicately; all you need to do is let it cook, stew and caramelise slowly, without even needing to think about it.

And the conical shape of the tagine dish lid is unique. It enables steam to circulate throughout the cooking process, thus ensuring a tender, moist result and richer aromas.
